    JOB QUALIFICATIONS


    • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or any related field. 
    • Superior technical skills in AUTOCAD, Photoshop, V-Ray, Sketch-up and Lumion rendering are an advantage.
    • With at least 1-3 years of experience in CAD Designing or any related experience.
    • Great design skills to develop and create both 2D and 3D designs.
    • High knowledge in dimensional measurements and basic computation to understand project specifications and inputting dimensional relations for modeling.

    JOB DESCRIPTION


    • Create 2D images to generate plans
    • Design 3D images or solid modeling
    • Make proposal for client’s need, layout, elevations, perspectives and quotation.
    • Update proposal based on the revision received
    • Submit signed plans for ordering and production
    • Once final plan is submitted, facilitate order confirmation
    • Maintain and monitor all the assigned project/s until completion
    • Perform other administrative duties and other related activities as assigned by the President and/or Managing Directors and other Management Officers.



    JOB QUALIFICATIONS


    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in sales is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and story-telling skills.

    Good to have:

    • Experience in selling high end products.
    • Understanding of Furniture and Lighting.

    JOB DESCRIPTION


    As a Design Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our company by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic market. The following are the tasks done in this position:


    • End-to-end Retail/Residential sales
    • Manage the showroom
    • Preparation of presentations and quotations
    • Actively manage and develop sales pipeline and leads
    • Attend to walk-in clients, assist in site mock-ups/installation when required

     

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent
    • Licensed Architect and/or Interior Design is an advantage
    • 1-3 years of experience in assisting Executive officers in the company, specialized in Clerical/Administrative/Interior or equivalent
    • Applicant must be willing to go to project site in a daily basis

    JOB DESCRIPTION


    • Conducts Inspection, Evaluation and Documentation of on-site developments
    • Attend site and/or office conference/meeting
    • Performs core tasks assigned by Executives.
    • Ensures completion of work within schedules
    • Responsible for overseeing all phases of the assigned projects
    • Secures the necessary documents and/or clearances to facilitate installation and/or turnover after completion of project.
    • Assists in inspection and attends to pre and post turnover requirements of clients on site when necessary.

    • Reports project progress in regular basis to Executives

    • Work hand in hand with partner Architects, Interior Designers and other assigned project officers
    • Performs other related functions inherent in team operations
    • Answer client’s queries through email or call
    • Maintain and update Executive’s Calendar

    JOB DESCRIPTION


    • Prepares Daily Schedule of Installers and delivery team
    • Keeping of Daily Project Reports submitted by Project Teams
    • Keeping of files and necessary documents
    • Assists Project Coordinator to facilitate meetings with the project teams
    • Prepares site requirements such permit and other statutory compliance
    • Organize client’s and team's calendars
    • Address team member's administrative queries
    • Assists Project Coordinator to monitor project progress simultaneously to ensure that deadlines are met
    • Reviewing the status of tasks and projects to ensure they are progressing according to schedule
    • Coordinating with team members to monitor progress on projects and tasks, providing assistance when needed
    • Maintaining files of records related to projects, including meeting notes and correspondence
    • Ensuring that all company policies regarding ethics and safety are followed by all employees on the job site
    • Identifying operation issues and suggesting possible improvements
    • Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management
    • Perform other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • To check accuracy of monthly expenses report
    • To audit if there are proper invoice or receipt attachments
    • To compile expenses vouchers/documents based on monthly reports
    • To monitor shipment payments to broker to avoid double payments
  • Audit sales reports
    • To check declared monthly sales against submitted contracts
  • Audit collection reports
    • To check each sales contract and arrive at updated balance for collection
    • To help determine forex gain or loss from declared peso value at time of closing against converted full payment value
  • Audit telex payments
  • Compile all the summary of invoices processed for telex to avoid double payments
    • To summarize transactions per supplier
    • Audit inventory based on telex
      • To help review VAT reports
